    Description

    The Fusion Autism Center is not just another pretty face in the growing segment of autism services. Since 2005, FAC has a strong solid track record of sending little ones out of specialized services and into traditional school and social settings. We focus on Early Intervention(EI), meaning most of the children in our program are age 6 or younger and diagnosed with or at risk of a developmental disability. Early Intervention (EI) is our signature program, our passion, and — just to brag a little — something we’re pretty darn great at doing.

     

    We are hiring an Administrative Operations Manager in our Woodstock facility . Our Operations Manager will be a professional, enthusiastic and responsible leader who will collaborate with the team and provide our clients the best programs and support. They ensure that the center they support has a smooth and efficient operation that enhances the business team and assets of the Fusion Autism Center.

    Responsibilities

    The position includes the following duties and responsibilities:

     

    • Oversee all center operations including quality assurance and facility operations; taking the lead from the Center Director
    • Navigate new and/or potential clients through the steps of starting services through strong customer service and relationship building
    • Coordinate and schedule all activities and services/sessions provided by the center
    • Maintain an impeccable facility; ensure the center is safe, clean and professional and well represents Fusion Autism Center to clients, families and visitors
    • Budget for supplies, equipment, food and other materials necessary for program operations, collaborating with the project management teams
    • Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure a safe environment for children and employees of the center
    • Assist Center Director and Human Resources with recruiting, performance reviews, time and attendance and other employee programs and initiatives
    • Provide impeccable customer services through positive interpersonal skills

    Requirements

    • A minimum of one (1) full year of experience with operations, clerical responsibilities, and business management
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Management or a related field
    • Ability to maintain professionalism in the face of difficult situations
    • Great creativity and patience; ability to multi task and remain organized
    • Demonstrated professionalism in delivery of feedback to staff members
    • Strong ethical standards and compassion toward clients and their families
    • You will be provided with training and support, and work closely with other Operations Managers.
